We collect the minimum we need, and that's it

We collect the minimum information needed to deliver an SEO audit report. We don't ask for phone numbers, job titles, company size, or any other field we don't have an immediate need for.

What we collect

• Email — to send your report and optional monthly digest. Retained 24 months from last activity or until you ask us to delete it.
• Target keyword — the audit subject. Stored alongside the report (it is the report).
• Website (optional) — to tailor the audit. Same retention as the keyword.
• Notes (optional) — clarifying intent. Discarded after delivery.
• Payment details — processed by PayPal. We never see your card number.

What we don't do

• No third-party analytics. No Google Analytics, LinkedIn pixel, Meta pixel, Hotjar, or session replay.
• No tracking cookies. The site uses zero cookies.
• No selling, renting, or sharing your email. Not now, not on shutdown.

Your rights

Email [email protected] to access, correct, or delete your data. We reply within 24 hours on business days.
