What you receive
- HTML report — self-contained, open in any browser, no external dependencies.
- Plain-text companion — paste-ready for Notion, Google Docs, Slack, or your CMS.
- PDF (forthcoming) — print-ready, rendered from the HTML.
We email all of the above plus a permalink that doesn't expire.
Delivery SLA
Median 24 hours from payment confirmation to email delivery (P50 24h, P90 38h, n=1,832 since launch).
Clock starts at the moment PayPal confirms your payment; clock stops at the outbound email's sent_at
timestamp.
Refunds
If the report doesn't ship within 72 hours, you get a full refund automatically — no email required. If the deliverable doesn't match the keyword you submitted, reply to the delivery email and we'll redo it or refund within 5 business days.
